Instructions
Learners use all kinds of random materials to make artefacts that are a symbol of cultural expression or remembrance education. This can be a maquette of a statue or building, a cultural mask, a festivity, etc.
The artefacts are set-up on display and a gallery walk is organised for the class. It can also be organised together with an external third party (for example exhibition in a library).
Variant
When working with newcommers it can be artefacts from their home country or an artefact from their new home.
It can also be combined with a fieldtrip as inspiration or with a small research-project.
