Objectives
The learner can sing the most common birthday song.
Material
- Paper and pens
- Blackboard or something alike
- Audible version of a common birthday song.
Preparation
- Find a good (karaoke) version of the most common birthday song. Don’t show the lyrics.
Instructions
· Sit in a circle.
· Listen to the song together a couple of times. Sing along yourself.
· Let the learners write down the words they hear and/or understand.
· Explain the lyrics.
· Practice the song until the learners can sing it without the lyrics.
